How to access the Stock Corrections section:

1. Sign in to the system with your credentials.
2. Navigate to the "Stock" section and select "Stock Corrections".

Understanding the Stock Corrections Page:

• Header:

  • Stock Corrections : The title of the page.
  • Filters:

  

• Returns:

  • Add Return:
    • Date: Select a date this return was created.
    • Location: Select the stock location this return will extract from.
    • Reason: Select a reason from three default reasons you are doing the return.
    • Notes: Create any note you wish to describe this return.
    • Ingredient: Select the ingredient you are returning.
    • Quantity: Select the amount of the ingredient you are returning.

• Write-Offs:
  • Add Write-Offs:
    • Date: Select a date this correction was created.
    • Location: Select the stock location this correction will extract from.
    • Reason: Select a reason from five default reasons you are doing the correction.
    • Notes: Create any note you wish to describe this correction.
    • Ingredient: Select the ingredient you are correcting.
    • Quantity: Select the amount of the ingredient you are correcting.

• Stocktake Adjustments:
  • Add Stocktake Adjustments:
    • Date: Select a date this adjustment was created.
    • Location: Select the stock location this adjustment will extract from.
    • Reason: Select a reason from three default reasons you are doing the adjustment.
    • Notes: Create any note you wish to describe this adjustment.
    • Ingredient: Select the ingredient you are adjusting.
    • Quantity: Select the amount of the ingredient you are adjusting.
    • Adjustment: This allows you select either “Add” or “Deduct” for this adjustment.
