Preparation centers likely represent physical locations or stations where items are prepared. The "Preparation Centers" tab within the "Printing Configuration" module allows you to manage these locations and associate them with printing groups.

Accessing Preparation Centers

1. Log in to the system with your credentials.
2. Access the "Printing" module and select the "Printers" tab.
3. Within the “Printers” tab, select “PRINTING CENTERS”.

Managing Preparation Centers

• The "PREPARATION CENTERS" tab displays a list of existing preparation centers.
• Information includes:
  • Name: The name of the preparation center (e.g., "Bar," "Kitchen").
  • Printing Group: The printing group associated with the preparation center.
  • Trigger Drawer Connector: Indicates whether the preparation center is configured to trigger a drawer connector (e.g., a red "X" indicates it is not configured).
  • Active: Indicates whether the preparation center is active (e.g., a green checkmark).

Creating New Preparation Centers

1. Initiate Creation: Click the "+ CREATE" button to add a new preparation center.
2. Enter Preparation Center Details: The "Add New Preparation Center" interface will appear:
   • Name: Enter a name for the preparation center.
   • Printing Group: Select the printing group to associate with this preparation center.
   • Vertical Font Size: Select the vertical font size for printed output at this center.
   • Horizontal Font Size: Select the horizontal font size for printed output at this center.
   • Options:
     • Trigger Drawer Connector: Toggle the option to trigger a drawer connector.
     • Active: Toggle the Active status.
   • Buttons:
     • CLOSE: Closes the add view.
     • DELETE: Deletes the preparation center.
     • SAVE: Click the "SAVE" button to save the new preparation center.

Editing Preparation Centers

1. Select Preparation Center for Editing
2. Click Profile Line: Click anywhere on the line of the selected preparation center. This opens the "Edit Preparation Center Name" modal.
   • Name: Enter a name for the preparation center.
   • Printing Group: Select the printing group to associate with this preparation center.
   • Vertical Font Size: Select the vertical font size for printed output at this center.
   • Horizontal Font Size: Select the horizontal font size for printed output at this center.
   • Options:
     • Trigger Drawer Connector: Toggle the option to trigger a drawer connector.
     • Active: Toggle the Active status.
   • Buttons:
     • CLOSE: Closes the edit view.
     • DELETE: Deletes the preparation center.
     • SAVE: Click the "SAVE" button to save the modified preparation center.
