Accessing the Ingredients:

- Sign in to the system with your credentials.
- Navigate to the "Stock" section and select "Ingredients".
- Header:
- Ingredients: The title of the page
- “Add Ingredient” Button: Allows you to create a new Raw Ingredients

- Adding Ingredients:

Basic Section:
- Ingredient Name: The name of the Ingredient you are adding.
- Custom Name For Packages (Optional): The name of the Packaging in which you receive this ingredient.
- Unit Of Measure (drop Down): The measurement you will use when receiving this ingredient for example, Grams (g), Kilograms (kg) or Liters (L).
- Package Size In Unit: The amount of units of measure you receive this ingredient.
- Cost Price: The cost price per unit of measure of the ingredient.
- Default Stock Location: What stock location you are putting this ingredient into when it gets received.
- Low Stock Threshold: Alerts will trigger when stock at any location falls below this level.
- Main Item Group: The item group you wish to allocate this ingredient to for reporting purposes.
- Sub Item Group: The sub item group you wish to allocate this ingredient to for reporting purposes.

Stock Levels Section:
- Select Stock Location: Select a stock location from the dropdown to set its initial quantity. Existing stock levels are locked and must be adjusted via Stock Transfers.
- Currents Stock Location: Enter the initial stock of this ingredient that is in the current stock location.

- Par Levels
- Low PAR Levels: Trigger reorder when stock falls below this level.
- Max PAR Level: Target stock level when placing orders.
- Primary Supplier: Preferred suppliers for auto-ordering

- Ingredient List:
- Ingredient Name: The name given to the Ingredient.
- Total Stock: Amount of stock inputted when created.
- Location: The stock location the ingredient is located to.
- Cost Price: The cost price of the ingredient.
- Low Stock Alert: The Low Stock Threshold that was given when the ingredient was created.
- Recipe Link: This shows you what selling item was linked to the ingredient.
- Type: Either a Raw Ingredient or a Manufactured Ingredient.
