A floor plan within a restaurant POS system is a digital representation of the restaurant’s physical layout, including tables, the bar, and service areas such as the kitchen. It allows restaurant staff to interact with the dining area in real-time.

Accessing the Floor Plan Page
- Sign in to the system with your credentials.
- Navigate to the "Tables" section and select “Floor Plan”.
Understanding the Floor Plan Page
- Floor: Select the appropriate floor of your establishment to ensure the floor plan corresponds accurately to the designated area.
- Enable: Allows you to enable or disable the floor plan.
- Floor Image (PNG): Upload a floor plan image in PNG format corresponding to the selected floor to visually represent the layout within the system.

Using the Floor Plan Page
To utilize the Floor Plan page effectively, ensure that all relevant information has been accurately completed within the Tables List and Floors List. This step is essential for enabling the system to retrieve and display the necessary data, allowing for proper customization of the floor plan layout.
Editing a Table on the Floor Plan
- To reposition a table within the floor plan, simply select and drag it to the desired location.
- To modify table details, click the Edit button. This will open the Edit Table modal, where you can update the following settings:
- Shape: Choose the preferred shape for the table.
- Width: Specify the table's width.
- Height: Specify the table's height.
- Color: Select a color to visually differentiate the table on the floor plan.
- Save Button: Click SAVE to apply and retain the changes.
- Remove from Plan Button: Click REMOVE FROM PLAN to delete the table from the current floor plan layout.
