The Flags page allows you to manage transaction identifiers, which can also modify transaction behavior. Flags are used to categorize transactions and can trigger specific actions, such as automatically adding items or changing the transaction mode (e.g., takeaway, delivery).

Accessing the Flags Page
- Sign in to the system with your credentials.
- Navigate to the "Settings" section and select "Flags".
Understanding the Flags Page
- Header:
- Flags: The title of the page.
- "Create & manage Flags": Indicates the section for creating new flags.
- "Search": Search bar for filtering flags.

Both Business and Location Flag listings are the same but is separated for easy management.

Flags Section:
- Displays a list of flags that are shared across all linked businesses.
- Columns:
- Name: The name of the flag.
- Type: The type of flag (e.g., Delivery, Takeaway, etc.).
- Auto Add Item: Item that is automatically added to the transaction when the flag is applied.
- Order Confirmation: Check this box to require confirmation before applying the flag.
- Order Numbering: Check this box to enable order numbering on preparation dockets and client receipts.
- Active: Displays if the Flag is active for use.
- Search Bar (Top Right): Allows you to search for flags by name.
- Pagination: Shows the number of flags per page and allows you to navigate through multiple pages.

Creating a New Flag
- Enter a Name: In the "Flag Name" section, enter the desired name for the flag.
- Click "Create": Click the "Create" button to create the new flag.

Editing a Flag
- Locate the Flag: Find the flag you want to edit in either the "Business Flags" or "Location Flags" section.
- Click Flag Line: Click anywhere on the line of the selected flag. This opens the "Edit Flag Name" modal.
